Randy E. Moore, DC, CMA, RDMS, RMSK
Dr. Moore is a highly regarded and sought after pioneer, teacher and author in the quickly emerging field of musculoskeletal sonography. His straightforward, easily understood teaching methods have been deemed essential to shortening the learning curve for medical practitioners, medical sonographers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and allied health professionals as they develop expertise in MSK sonography.
Worldwide, more and more healthcare professionals are tapping the well of diagnostic sonography—it is quickly becoming the standard of care for visualizing musculoskeletal anatomy.
Randy is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Since 1994, his work has focused entirely on using diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate the musculoskeletal system. His expertise is called upon by ultrasound manufacturers (GE, Sonosite, Ultrasonix, Esaote, Terason, Phillips) and teaching institutions (National Institute of Health, Beth Israel Hospital NY, Walter Reed, University of Dayton, University of Kentucky, Temple, and Loma Linda) throughout the United States.

Peter David Aguero
PT, DPT, RMSK
Dr. Peter David Aguero is a physical therapist specializing in hemophilia care and musculoskeletal ultrasound, focusing on personalized treatment plans to enhance joint health and mobility for patients with complex conditions. He shares his expertise nationally and internationally as an educator and presenter, advocating for innovative practices like telehealth integration. Through his collaborative approach and commitment to patient empowerment, he aims to improve the quality of care for individuals with hemophilia and musculoskeletal issues worldwide.
Shirin Alaie
Ultrasound Tech
Shirin Alaie earned her certificate for Ultrasound from Newbridge College in 2010. She performs ultrasound for musculoskeletal evaluation and ultrasound guided injections for joint pain. She has been working with Institute for Progressive Medicine since 2007.
Laura L. Currie
BS, R.T. (R), RDMS, RVT, RMSKS
Laura is a dedicated healthcare services professional with extensive experience in higher education. She is registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in multiple specialties, including Abdominal, OB-GYN, Vascular, Musculoskeletal Sonography, and Neurosonography.
Steven M. Coppola
MS, PT, DPT, MSKUS
Dr. Steven Coppola is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. He founded Coppola Physical Therapy in New Hampshire and specializes in dry needling and musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound. Dr. Coppola is also an adjunct faculty member at Plymouth State University and a speaker on various healthcare topics.
Blake Randels
DC, RDMS, RMSKS, BSNRN
Dr. Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science with a focus on diagnostic ultrasound from Southern Illinois University and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is a board-certified Musculoskeletal Diagnostic Medical Sonologist with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonologists and has extensive experience performing various ultrasounds, including abdominal, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, neonatal brain, vascular, and musculoskeletal imaging.
Terry Manning
ND, RMSK
Dr. Terrance Manning II, ND, RMSK, is a specialist in interventional orthopedic and orthobiologic medicine, focusing on non-surgical treatments for joint and ligament conditions. As vice president of the Naturopathic Orthopedic Medicine Academy, he uses advanced imaging techniques to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
