Randy is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Since 1994, his work has focused entirely on using diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate the musculoskeletal system. His expertise is called upon by ultrasound manufacturers (GE, Sonosite, Ultrasonix, Esaote, Terason, Phillips) and teaching institutions (National Institute of Health, Beth Israel Hospital NY, Walter Reed, University of Dayton, University of Kentucky, Temple, and Loma Linda) throughout the United States.Button
Peter David Aguero is a skilled physical therapist specializing in hemophilia care and musculoskeletal ultrasound. With a focus on personalized treatment plans, he excels in improving joint health and mobility for patients with complex conditions.
As an educator and presenter, Peter shares his expertise nationally and internationally, advocating for innovative practices like telehealth integration. Through his collaborative approach and dedication to patient empowerment, Peter strives to enhance the quality of care for individuals with hemophilia and musculoskeletal issues worldwide.

Shirin Alaie earned her certificate for Ultrasound from Newbridge College in 2010. She performs ultrasound for musculoskeletal evaluation and ultrasound guided injections for joint pain. She has been working with Institute for Progressive Medicine since 2007.

Experienced in management of Nonprofit Organizations, Curriculum Development, Clinical Coordination and Business Organization, Skilled in Microsoft Office software, cloud based applications and Quickbooks.

Steven is the founder of Coppola Physical Therapy.
Although growing up in Franklin, Massachusetts, his vision was to bring all the newest philosophies and technologies to help advance the Physical Therapy profession in New Hampshire.
He has advanced the profession in this state with his spinal manipulation techniques, advanced dry needling, same-day semi-custom Vasyli orthotics, Advanced Spinal Mobilization Instrument, and Diagnostic Ultrasound to students and staff here in New Hampshire.
He has taught for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Franklin Pierce University and currently is an Adjunct at the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Plymouth State University.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University (2007) and obtained his B.S. in Exercise Physiology, minor in Psychology, and Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell back in 1995.
Steven was also the medical coordinator for the Independent Professional Baseball Team “Nashua Pride” for two and a half years.
Steven has over 21 years of orthopaedic, sports, and workers’ compensation physical therapy experience.
He has strong manual skills including spinal manipulation, dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, and myofascial work.
He utilizes his Exercise Physiology degree to combine functional exercise with his manual work.
Steven is a former Comedian and stage Hypnotist and is now a renowned speaker throughout the east coast.
He uses his lengthy experience and scope of knowledge as an Instructor for Hands on Seminars and Integrated Dry Needling.
Steven is married with two grown children and two dogs.
His time off is spent either teaching, instructing, or running the streets or trails of New Hampshire.
When given the chance Steven enjoys being on the west coast of Florida on his boat dolphin watching, shark tooth hunting, or hanging at any of the local tiki huts close to his home.
